About our team, we are currently looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our organization.

About the Role

We are seeking an individual who can provide high-level administration support for our service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves managing the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in warranty administration, be self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries
  • Monitoring progress of claims and proactively communicating updates to customers
  • Preparing invoicing of work orders
  • Ensuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are correctly registered in the system
  • Preparing information for internal and external warranty audits
