Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality support services and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analysing service delivery against NDIS plans
  • Collaborating with families and participants to strengthen their skills and capacity for choice and control, and achieve their goals
  • Promoting empowerment and community inclusion of people with disabilities and their families
  • Liaising with relevant authorities regarding client funding

Key qualifications include a relevant tertiary degree, current driver's license, working with Children's check, NDIS workers screening clearance, minimum 2 years experience in the disability sector, and demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act and National Disability Service Standards.
