Corporate Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Recruitment Coordinator. This position will involve collaborating closely with the recruitment team to drive recruitment efforts and strengthen our position in the market.
About the Job- Assist the recruitment team in diverse aspects of recruitment across the business, including corporate office environments and retail settings.
- Support the recruitment team in their day-to-day activities and ad-hoc requirements.
- Advertise career opportunities both internally and externally.
- Conduct reference checks for potential employees.
- Proactively maintain talent pipelines for future business recruitment needs.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs and exhibitions.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferable.
- Studying or studied in an HR-related field (desirable).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, presenting yourself well and communicating effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A high attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills; multi-tasking will be second nature to you.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
