The RoleThis is a key role within our organization, playing an integral part in communicating, leading, and delivering on associated programs of work. As Senior Manager, you will lead a team to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-buy for our Commercial & Personal Injury portfolio.
You will own the marketing strategic agenda at a portfolio level, developing the portfolio marketing strategy through annual marketing plans, including Communications, Promotion, and Proposition Development. You will also oversee the briefing and development process with external agencies, as relevant, to deliver on creative, media, and communications channel planning and implementation.
You will be accountable for the team's end-to-end delivery and optimization of integrated marketing programs, engaging and managing internal stakeholders and partners to drive alignment and collaboration.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in marketing and stakeholder management, preferably in highly-regulated industries or with a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and processes to manage risk.
You will have a solid understanding of business economics, drivers of profitability, and return on marketing investment. Ability to synthesize a high volume of data and distil into actionable insights is essential.
You will have experience in developing and delivering a strategic marketing plan, with the ability to lead a broad range of marketing activities for multiple products or services. Demonstrated qualities of inclusivity, bravery, accountability, and trust-building are required.
