About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our leadership team in NSW, ACT, and QLD. As a key member of our sales and partnerships channel, you will play a crucial role in executing our annual sales and partnerships plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow partnerships and deliver sales volume in NSW, ACT, and QLD.
  • Manage Key Partner Relationships: Manage key partner relationships, including aggregators and associations, to drive business growth.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve individual KPIs and strengthen Prospa's unique value proposition in the market.
  • Enhance Product Knowledge: Enhance the BDM team's product knowledge and upselling capabilities as Prospa products evolve.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success, channel initiatives, and growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 10 years' experience in leadership sales roles.
  • 7 years' experience in the financial services industry, broking industry, and its participants.
  • Proven leadership capability to drive, coach, and mentor sales teams to overachieve targets.
  • Strong relationships in the broker industry.
  • Proven track record managing and growing channel partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen and keen understanding of the SME market.
  • Well-developed cross-functioning collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional sales capability and ability to train and coach BDMs and account managers.
  • Experience in handling commercial negotiations and collaborating with key stakeholders.
