Job Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. This role offers a unique chance to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and games. They should be enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities
  • Assist across various areas within our stores, including customer-facing and back-of-house roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging store experiences by assisting with product merchandising on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Qualifications
  • Strong passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven individual.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
