We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience during the seasonal period.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your focus will be on providing superior customer service through product knowledge, ensuring the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing, and supporting your colleagues in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalized shopping experience for each customer, offering solutions and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Ensure the store is maintained at the highest level of visual appeal, including stock rotation, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about our range of surf, skate, streetwear, and fashion brands.
  • Support the sales team with tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and managing stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
