Job Title: Stock Associate

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate. In this role, you will contribute to the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor, supporting the Sales & Management team on the salesfloor.

You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards, including shipping and receiving product deliveries on a weekly basis, communicating shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners in a timely manner, and processing internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
  2. Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
  3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director & Operations partners in a timely matter
  4. Process internal product transfers and client orders on a timely matter
  5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
  6. Prepare stockroom & salesfloor for annual inventory
  7. Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor are maintained to company Visual Standards
  8. Support sales team as needed on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance with sales as needed
  9. Manage all supply orders needed for the boutique from internal & external vendors

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
