Job Title:

Capability Strategist

About the Role:

  • To lead excellence in learning design by partnering with business stakeholders to define high-level strategies and collaborating with designers to develop capabilities.
  • Translate capability needs into a learning solution strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to confirm success measures for each learning initiative.
  • Drive the development and implementation of key learning initiatives across the division, fostering growth and progress.
  • Manage relationships and lead resources to develop and source essential capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possessing expertise in learning design, capable of developing comprehensive strategies.
  • Adept at collaboration, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, adept at driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in learning design.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
