The ideal candidate has at least 6 months' experience in leasing or assistant property management roles, preferably with build-to-rent experience. They also possess a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Class 2 Licence, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to leasing inquiries and conducting open and private inspections.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE TENANTS AND GUIDING THEM THROUGH APPLICATIONS.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team driven by results and positivity.
  • EARNING COMMISSION ON EVERY LEASE CLOSED.
