EEN-Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Position

At VMCH, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing care according to the care plan, professional standards, policies and procedures.
- Accurately collecting, interpreting, utilising, monitoring and reporting information regarding the health and functional status of residents to achieve their health goals and outcomes.
- Developing, monitoring and maintaining a plan of care in collaboration with the RN, healthcare team and resident or medical treatment decision maker.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement.
- Experience assessing Aged Care Residents and formulating Care Plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees and volunteers.
- Interpersonal skills, patience, common sense and a strong ethos of client service.
- Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated.
- Proficiency utilising information technology, with well-developed computer skills including MS Office.
The successful candidate will need to be available to work a variety of shifts and days.
