About the Role:

At VMCH, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care plans, supervise Personal Care Assistants, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and direct Personal Care Assistants
  • Provide education and training to staff
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain quality standards

Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Relevant qualification and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
