About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our global team in Brisbane. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining advanced security controls, conducting comprehensive security assessments, and managing and responding to complex security incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance monitoring of security alerts and events using advanced security information and event management (SIEM) tools
  • Perform and supervise comprehensive analysis of security logs, network traffic, and data to detect and respond to advanced threats
  • Lead and manage investigations into complex and high-impact security incidents, conducting thorough root cause analysis and impact assessments
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cyber security analysts, providing guidance and support
About You

The successful candidate will have relevant Cyber Security and/or IT experience, experience in metric reporting and KPI/SLA management, and experience with security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
