Product Manager Job Opportunity

As a key player in our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from inception to end of life.

The Product Manager will oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and maintenance of the product vision and strategy.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical product owners and development teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products meet their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of product management experience within the SaaS industry.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of product functional domain, market landscape, customer requirements, and leading practices.
Technical Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with technical product owners and development teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
Proficiency working with Jira and Aha.
