We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team at The Benevolent Society. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide culturally appropriate assessments and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication support.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Deliver evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to their NDIS plans.
- Participate in support planning processes to ensure coordinated and effective service provision.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including family members and carers, to ensure effective communication and support.
