Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Residential team at Stramit, a leading vertically integrated steel manufacturer and total steel building material solutions provider. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our residential customers in the Northern NSW & Gold Coast region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow our residential customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive business growth and success.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
