Deliver high-quality support services to our valued aged care customers, enabling them to live independently and remain in their own homes:

  • Personal Support Services are provided to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Permanent Part-Time contracts are available, offering a stable and predictable work schedule.
  • Hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super ensures a competitive compensation package.
  • Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients is provided to support work-related travel.
  • Upper Mid North Coast NSW location and surrounding suburbs are served, including Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga, Bellingen, Urunga, Dorrigo, Boambee, Boambee East, Nambucca Valley, Eungai Rail, Sawtell, Toormina, Valla & Northern Beaches.

Key Requirements:

  • A Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle are essential.
  • Fully vaccinated with a minimum of 2 doses for Covid-19 is a requirement.
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, is necessary.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support is required.

Your New Role:

  • Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting are key responsibilities.
  • Help at Home: tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing are provided.
  • Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings is an essential part of the role.
  • Client Awareness: social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support are critical aspects of the job.

We welcome applicants with experience and/or a qualification as a Disability Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Community Services worker, or Bachelor of Nursing Students.
