About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fixed-term contract until the end of November. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts, providing exceptional service to our clients' customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to schedules to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, or other channels as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining onsite and remote work requirements. Our office is conveniently located near transportation, shopping, and entertainment options.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold current Australian Citizenship.
  • Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (at no cost to you).
  • Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint).

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
