About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled System Specialist, Loyalty to join our team at Virgin Australia. As a key member of our technology support team, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end functional expertise of loyalty systems and acting as a conduit into the wider technology support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support for loyalty management systems and integrations between loyalty, marketing, and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end loyalty processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with technology support teams to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to larger technology projects, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and consider divisional end-to-end systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and analysing business issues and translating them into business requirements and system solutions.
  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management and PING technology is highly advantageous.
