Data Analyst Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to provide valuable insights and support in optimizing business performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, numerical, and data problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of business problems/processes, data, data structures, and their value for analysis.

This role involves conducting business analysis, working with stakeholders to identify, analyze, communicate, validate, and document requirements for business intelligence and analytics, as well as identifying performance risks and opportunities through data and analysis.

  • Required Technical Skills: experience building solutions in Python and R, intermediate SQL & Excel skills, experience with Power BI, experience with one or more data visualization tools, ability to quickly acquire expertise in business unit operations and processes, as well as an understanding of insurance systems and capabilities.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge and experience leveraging business analytics to improve business performance.
