Rehabilitation Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team of allied health professionals.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and monitor programs that assist clients in returning to the workforce.

  • You will conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, worksite assessments, and undertake vocational counselling and intensive 1:1 support to empower clients to transition into employment.
  • You will also identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
  • Willingness to travel and a current vehicle and driver's licence
  • A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills
