Technical Support Role

This position involves delivering high-quality technical support for medical technology. It's a role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.

The Technical Service Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-line technical support via various channels, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and collaborating with Field Service Engineers and customer teams.

Key qualifications include an electrical license, proven technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SAP, and other digital platforms.

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers through multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support experiences.
  • Document cases accurately and contribute to product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships, and driving excellence in customer support.

About You
  • An electrical license (essential).
  • Proven technical support or help desk experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including basic networking knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • High-level customer service skills, with patience, professionalism, and conflict resolution ability.
