About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales targets and hit performance metrics. This is a full-time position requiring availability either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and public holidays.

We are looking for a driven individual who can take on a leadership role and make a significant contribution to our team's success.

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Coach and develop the team, providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Manage daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Perform Store Manager duties when required, including opening and closing the store.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail environment.
  • Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
  • A strong passion for fashion and delivering personalized customer service.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
  • Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
