Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager


Due to exceptional growth and success, RPS Project Management is seeking an experienced and skilled Client-Side Project Manager to join our team. You will be working on government projects within our Project Management division, with opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management, and similar fields. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. The successful candidate will have experience in client-side Project Management, preferably in industries such as Building and Construction, Infrastructure, and Property Management. Familiarity with government procurement rules is also preferred but not essential.

AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous. However, we encourage applications from candidates who demonstrate the required skills and qualifications, regardless of their accreditation status.

About You:

  • You are an Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • You have strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, particularly Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct.
  • You are proactive and able to think strategically, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
