The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing and client service digital transformation.
This key position will focus on bringing to life the future state of our client acquisition and engagement strategies through targeted marketing automation and direct communication initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the evolution of our client intake and service processes, driving improved enquiry outcomes, service standards, and operational productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring they align with our business objectives of delivering increased quality new client acquisition and enhancing client service delivery.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications within user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions that meet business goals and best practices for system integration and data flow.
- Design and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and scalability, incorporating feedback into solution design and promoting user adoption.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, communicating technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
