**Job Summary:**

The position of Kitchen Attendant is available at our esteemed resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas, and scullery.
  • General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges, and freezers.
  • Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge, and freezers.
  • Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
  • Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends, evenings, public holidays.
  • Chemical handling experience and understanding of safe work practices preferred.
  • Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role.
  • The physical aspects of the role include but are not limited to; constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
