Content Creator Position

We're seeking a creative and skilled professional to join our team as a Content Creator. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports, particularly Australian Football League (AFL), and possess excellent content creation skills.

This role requires the ability to think creatively and produce high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing engaging content that showcases their understanding of sports and popular culture
  • Ideating and pitching content ideas that align with our brand's tone and voice
  • Creating scroll-stopping content using various formats, including meme formats, short-form videos, and reactive social content
  • Designing and producing social content, including video memes, photoshops, short edits, GIFs, and other visual elements
  • Actively publishing and scheduling content across our social media accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep knowledge of sports, particularly AFL, including teams, players, statistics, history, and storylines
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, with a love for winning alongside their team
  • An innate sense of humor and timing, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience
  • A proven track record of creating content that performs well on social media platforms
  • Excellent editing skills using Adobe Suite or similar tools
