We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in crafting high-quality carbon steel products that meet rigorous standards and various welding codes.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • ">
  • High-Quality Fabrication: Perform high-quality GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding & fabrication across various carbon steels and stainless with a strong focus on quality and safety standards.">
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately and efficiently.">
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition at all times.">
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations and machining to complete projects on time.">
  • Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of welding/fabrication experience">
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding">
  • Strong knowledge of metal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading">
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team">
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality">
  • Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is advantageous">
  • Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable">
