Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Valuer, Agribusiness to join our high-performing team based in one of our Sydney offices. As a senior member of our national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will work across some of Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

You will have valuation exposure to a wide range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality advice and valuation services to clients
  • Travel to regional and remote areas of NSW to undertake site inspections
  • Meet individual budget and assist with preparing, monitoring, and updating budgets and forecasts for the division
  • Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Assess market values for properties, particularly within your sector or market
  • Extract and analyze comparable sales evidence
  • Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ongoing enhancement of internal databases
  • Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines
  • Mentor and support junior team members and support staff with their career development and progress
