Job Role
We are seeking a Senior Valuer to join our team of commercial mortgage valuation experts. This role will involve providing valuation and advisory services to the commercial mortgage sector across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience as a Registered Valuer and hold an Associate Member of the API. They will also have commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy, problem-solving and analytical ability, and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide valuation and advisory services to the commercial mortgage sector across Australia
- Work with a broad selection of Sydney Metropolitan areas
- Have a mix of commercial, industrial, and retail property experience
- Deal with quality top-tier bank clients
- Utilize a class-leading valuation delivery and quality assurance platform
