Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer-Centric Culture: Lead by example and foster a dynamic team environment that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop Team Talent: Identify and develop the skills of your team members to achieve financial targets and company key performance indicators.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Showcase your expertise in creating a welcoming and visually captivating store atmosphere that grabs customers' attention.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store rostering, wage expenses, and stock management to maintain commercial acumen.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor store sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to peers and senior management.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager is essential.
  • Retail Industry Passion: A passion for the retail industry is a must.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and budget management.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire peers.
