About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Monitor and manage multiple levers of performance, including sales, inventory, and labor
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store operations
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
