About this role

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to work as a care companion. As a care companion, you will build meaningful relationships with our clients and make a positive impact in their lives.

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care
  • Provide mobility support
  • Prepare meals
  • Offer companionship
  • Facilitate community access
  • Perform light housekeeping and domestic assistance
  • Assist with shopping

You will be required to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in Italian, have a National Police Check (less than 6 months old), and a Victorian Driver Licence with a comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle. A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar discipline, along with current First Aid and CPR qualifications, is also required.
