**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and mature **Italian-speaking Support Workers** to assist elderly clients in Narre Warren and surrounding suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with strong cultural understanding and fluency in Italian, who can provide meaningful companionship and day-to-day support.

Our clients value connection in their own language, shared culture, and a carer who understands their traditions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with **meal preparation** and light household tasks
- Support with daily routines such as personal care, mobility, and medication prompts
- Engage clients in conversations and activities in Italian to help them feel comfortable and understood
- Maintain professional boundaries and deliver care with respect and dignity

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Italian (essential)
- Mature, empathetic, and reliable
- Experience in aged care or disability support preferred
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or similar qualification highly regarded
- Current Police Check, First Aid, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
