Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience working in a residential aged care setting or a similar healthcare environment
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Compassionate, flexible, and positive approach
