Job Title: Tax Consultant Specialist

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional services firm as a tax quality consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems within the tax business, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze risks and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations for enhanced processes and procedures.
  • Conduct annual reviews and evaluations of tax services, implementing changes to drive continuous improvement and risk intelligence.
  • Assist in the review and development of tax policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation, or equivalent experience in tax, accounting, legal, or risk management.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a strong interest in regulatory compliance, change management, policy development, and governance.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
