The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is led by 33 experienced principals across six states. This team is renowned for producing high-quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. They handle claims across various classes of insurance and represent major names in the industry, both locally and internationally.
The Role
This role provides an opportunity for an Associate to join our Melbourne Insurance & Health team, working on a range of health law matters. The successful candidate will have the chance to act for hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and other healthcare providers in various claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated cases, and coronial inquests.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in health law or personal injury law (plaintiff or defendant);
- The ability to manage your own file load;
- Strong communication skills;
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach.
