We are seeking a Youth and Family Therapist to work with families in Vinton County, OH.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver clinical treatment services using evidence-based models such as the Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST).
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to identify problem behaviors and interactions within the family's ecological context.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with community resources to meet the needs of each family.
- Experience delivering services to youth and families with diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrating cultural awareness and competence when working with clients.
- Able to effectively communicate with primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community agency staff.
