Construction Lawyers are highly sought after in the field of building and engineering projects.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer to join our Real Estate and Construction group, working with senior members of the team. The role will see you preparing and negotiating all types of agreements, contracts and documents for various sectors.

You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with Partners and other senior members of the team, handling considerable client contact and mentoring junior lawyers as required. In return, you will receive outstanding mentoring and have the opportunity to drive your career.

About you

You will have a minimum of 3-4 years PQE, experience in preparing, negotiating and reviewing contractual documentation for complex projects, sound knowledge of commonly encountered standard form contracts, and expertise in front-end construction matters.

You will have excellent drafting and analytical skills with a practical and commercial approach to issues. You will be ambitious and demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding service to clients by prioritising and delivering desired outcomes consistently. You have solid verbal and written communication skills.
