Financial Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position with primary responsibility for finance and commercial functions. The successful candidate will partner with the CEO and other stakeholders to deliver strong financial integrity and insights to support sales and operations.

The role leads the Finance team responsible for financial reporting, tax, regulatory compliance, accounts payable, cash reconciliations, accounts receivable, and payroll. Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring strong financial controls, audit readiness, and financial risk management are also critical aspects of this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence key commercial partnerships and acquisition due diligence and integration, as well as supporting the design and implementation of a new enterprise system to streamline ways of working across the organisation.

This is a critical role in evolving the sophistication of the finance and commercial processes, building financial management capability, and embedding automation, AI, and data-driven insights into operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Lead the Finance team in providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure the organisation's financial stability
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or Accounting
  • ACA or CPA qualified
