Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to plan and arrange export & import projects by compiling, completing and verifying necessary documents in accordance with company policy and procedure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking bookings and liaising with customers when organising required transport
  • Assisting in the development and expansion of customer relationships, client base and client retention
  • Assisting with tender submissions in planning, execution and pricing in time frames required
  • End-to-end job execution from quoting submission, job execution, and invoice submission
  • Job registrations including order tracking and follows up with stakeholders
  • Ability to problem solve Export & Import issues with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
  • Complete paperwork in a clear, legible and accurate manner
  • Prioritizing and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
