About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies across a portfolio of retail assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and materials to drive sales and traffic for our retail assets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop targeted marketing solutions
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including retail clients and vendors
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to client brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the property industry
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
