Fortescue is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist to join our autonomous mining team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a leading company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on autonomous equipment, including Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and Light Vehicles (LV).
- Install, configure, and calibrate GPS, AHS, and network technology systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimise fleet management systems to enhance operational efficiency and meet Mine Plan goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Mobile Maintenance team to ensure schedule compliance.
- Conduct both workshop and in-pit duties, adhering to Fortescue's safety policies and best practices.
About the Role:
This is a highly skilled position that requires strong technical knowledge and experience in autonomous mining systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy mobile equipment maintenance and repair, as well as experience working with advanced technology systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
