About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to support the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects across Sydney.
This is a key position that will oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration, from procurement and negotiation through to variations, claims, and close-out.
Key responsibilities- Procurement and negotiation of contracts
- Administration of contract agreements
- Management of contractual variations and claims
- Closing out contracts in accordance with agreed terms
As a successful candidate, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in contract administration and management
- Strong knowledge of construction law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
