About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team in the delivery of public and private landscape construction and sporting facility projects across South East QLD.
- Work alongside top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.
Job Description:
You will work closely with Foremen to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications, health, safety, environment, and quality requirements. With safety as our highest priority, you will champion a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial-scale landscaping.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive high-performing teams.
- Attention to detail and previous relevant experience working on hardscape/softscape projects is strongly desired.
