Job Description

The Cleaning Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning team. This includes supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a cleaning team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their security, environmental, and safety needs.
  • Follow Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Respond to general cleaning, periodical, preventative, and emergency incidents or queries.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning.
  • Previous experience managing a team, with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give clear direction and instruction.
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work under pressure.
  • Consistent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
