Technical Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced software development leader to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for building robust, scalable applications that meet the needs of our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in core areas such as cloud-native development and distributed systems. You'll be expected to lead strategic initiatives, mentor team members, and grow their skills.

In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering managers and principal engineers to define technical direction. You'll also maintain and enhance existing products, including bug fixes and feature development, and provide production support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and document high-quality code adhering to our engineering standards.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, applying deep expertise in core technical areas.
  • Solve complex technical problems while mentoring team members and growing their skills.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to define technical direction.
  • Maintain and enhance existing products, including bug fixes and feature development.
  • Provide production support, including participation in the on-call rotation.
