**Your new role**

As the Software Development Team Leader, your work focus on providing thought leadership, strategic guidance and mentoring on software development methodologies, language best practises and tooling.

You'll work with your colleagues in the development leadership team to ensure the Software Development Lifecycle for all products aligns with industry best practises and you will assist with the uplift of our legacy processes.

You will be a critical hands-on technical resource with a strong depth and breadth of knowledge across the software development domain and be a transformational leader, helping your direct reports excel in their roles.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Work with developers to define and implement coding standards, that includes but not limited to

CI/CD

Automated Testing

Linting/Static code analysis

Branching strategies
- Ensure the best practises are followed for configuration and development
- Participates in the continuous improvement of services provided by the Information Services business unit
- Produces Implementation Plans in accordance with Change Control and Configuration Management standards
- Experience in managing and leading one or more scrum teams
- Experience developing Salesforce and/or Mule soft solutions
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, or similar AI/ML platform
- Experience with large data processing solutions, including using AI/ML models for ingestion and processing
- Experience designing, implementing and leveraging Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
- Experience deploying Mobile Applications
- Experience in project management methodologies and the practical management of projects
- Financial services background
