**Job Title:** Building Review Technician

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and cost validation of Builder's reports, scope of works and quotes to assist Claims Management teams, Loss Adjusting and Repair Solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Minimizing claims costs by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers.
  • Communicating with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams.
  • Timely and accurate review of scopes of works and supplier quotations.

**Requirements:)

  • Previous hands-on building experience.
  • Trade or building qualification.
  • Ability to simplify technical building matters and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Skills in preparing a scope of works.
