Building Review Technician

We are seeking a Technical Review Specialist to provide technical and cost validation of reports, scopes of work and quotes. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on building experience, trade or building qualification and the ability to simplify technical building matters.
About the Role:- Provide technical and cost validation of reports, scopes of work and quotes.
- Minimise claims cost by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship team.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on building experience.
- Trade or building qualification.
- Ability to simplify technical building matters and communicate to stakeholders.
- Skills in preparing a scope of works.
